4. Payment Terms
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services for your date.
- Final Payment: The balance is due on or before the event date, as specified in the service agreement.
- Cancellations: In case of cancellation, please refer to the cancellation policy outlined in the service agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: Destination Photos retains ownership of all raw and edited video footage.
- Usage Rights: Clients receive a license to use the final wedding video for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability Destination Photos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. Changes to Terms of Service We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
8. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bridal Town, BT, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
